What we collect and why
If you request a free consultation, the form asks for your name, email address, venue name and the business issue you wish to discuss. You may also provide an optional phone number and a short message about your venue, so we can respond in the way most useful to you. We use these details to answer your request, arrange the conversation and, where requested, discuss potential consultancy services. Do not submit employee records, financial documents or other sensitive information via this form.
Legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list by submitting this form.
How information is handled
Your form is sent through the website's hosting service to the FCS contact email inbox. Email and hosting providers process information as necessary to deliver and store these communications. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry or any resulting business relationship, taking account of applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your contact details.
Bookings and third-party services
If an external online appointment calendar is enabled, opening it takes you to that provider's website; its privacy terms apply to the information you choose to enter. This website does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising tracking or non-essential tracking cookies.
Your data rights
Subject to the applicable UK data protection rules, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of information we hold about you, and object to certain processing. Contact the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
